Carpet & Rug Roll Ram Forklift Attachment
A rug ram is a forklift attachment that is used to move long, heavy rolls of carpet. This is far more efficient and ergonomic than trying to move a very bulky and cumbersome load of carpet with manual transport tools. Moving a roll of carpet on a platform based transport leaves the ends extended to either side of the platform. This can easily cause an injury to persons standing to either side. Moving the roll with the end pointing forward allows it to be maneuvered into position with a high level of precision in any space wide enough for a fork truck.
