Children's Gardens Are Very Educational & Interesting. Houston |
Children’s gardens help children have fun while learning many different kinds of things. Play areas are also educational areas. This blend of function is achieved by creating garden environments where children can pretend to be anything from a scientist to a teacher in an environment that lets them learn about ecology, wildlife, and environmental sciences while acting out roles that were fun to them.
We design a children’s garden with the participation of the children and the guiding influence of parents. Their ideas are important to us. They show us what direction to take in developing the theme of the garden and then the form and content of garden. Children must be free to learn and develop in an emotionally healthy way.
We believe that bringing them into the design process helps give them a sense of empowerment that will also make them conscious of their responsibility to take care of the garden that we build for them.
